What Is Suspension xTraining?
Suspension xTraining is a special training where you use your body weight to perform the exercises. We will use some fancy straps connected to the wall from you to hang from. We will be using the TRX suspension training as it is great gear to work with. Before TRX was around or available here, we used ropes which had various knots tied for various grips. But with the TRX suspesnion gear, everything works much quicker and is great for all fitness levels.
The Workout?
In the Suspension xTraining class you can expect to workout for approximately 45 minutes. We will mainly concentrate on the upper and lower body and lightly hit the core. Either way you will hit your core when you perform Suspension xTraining. We have a special class of hitting the core and abdomen area which is called “AbDominance”. AbDominance will use the suspesnion trainers along with various equipment to hone in on the abdomen and core. Combine Suspension xTraining with AbDominance for the ultimate suspension training experience.

With the right instructor, the right knowledge and the right equipment (suspension gear), you can do pretty much everything you do at a jam packed weight lifting gym! Yes, you betcha!
You can perform many, many exercises which will increase stamina, endurance, strength, power, balance, and mental toughness. Here is a small list of basic exercises that can be performed using the suspension trainers…
