FitKick offers fun partner drills are used to develop timing, coordination and balance. Boot Camp HD will include kettlebell training, sandbag training, huge tires, sledge hammers, battling ropes, sled drags, band training, body weight training, box jumps, and anything that will give you the results you desire.

We’ve been discussing a few new group workout ideas and came up with a few great ideas!

Since we will be going into a new facility, which will allow for more programming, we decided to have a few new classes.

Boot Camp HD

(Boot Camp High Definition & Heavy Duty)

Oh yeah, this workout will rock you. Boot Camp HD was a great workout class that we offered a few years back. Due to timing and other problems with our location, we stopped this great workout class. Well, it is coming back.

What is it?

We’ll combine everything and anything in this class that will knock you on your butt. It will include kettlebell training, sandbag training, huge tires, sledge hammers, battling ropes, sled drags, band training, body weight training, box jumps, and anything that will give you the results you desire.

Boot Camp HD is for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. The way the workouts are laid out, it is possible for almost anyone at almost any fitness level to participate.

This class is for people who are going to do the work and work hard at it. If you want to look like or train like an athlete, this group workout will be for you.

When does it start?

We’re aiming for October 2011!

FitKick
