Hip Hop xFit
Sunday – 7:45 pm (PUNCH CARD)
Hip Hop xFit is a fun filled hip hop style dance/exercise class. Our Hip Hop xFit exercise class dance instructor, Gretchan, will have you dancing and having so much fun you will not know you are exercising. It does not matter if you are a guy or a gal, you will appreciate this exercise class!
Zumba
Tuesday and Thursday – 7:15 pm (PUNCH CARD)
Zumba is a fun filled dance/exercise class. We crank the tunes and have a party! Come join the fun on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Fitness Boot Camp
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 6:15 am, 6:35 pm, and 7:15 pm (PUNCH CARD)
Our fitness boot camp classes are like none other. We are not like those other exercise classes that claim they are a boot camp class. We are gonna make you work. We will hit those muscles and make em burn. We will take that heart rate up and have you burning fat and dropping weight. We will have you doing exercises you never thought you could do or even heard of!

Boot Camp HD
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 6:00 pm (PUNCH CARD)
Boot Camp HD is a bit different that the regular boot camp classes. What is HD? You can call it a few different things such as Hell Defined, High Definition, and Heavy Duty. We take it up a notch with the Boot Camp HD class. We will use a variety of equipment to make your body work. We will use suspension training using the TRX system, we will have you swinging Kettlebells, we will have you carrying sandbags and much, much more!
Fit Kix
Tuesday and Thursday – 6:00 pm (PUNCH CARD)
Fit Kix is a fitness class first then a martial arts class. There will be no sparring or belt tests but you will be challenged with punching drills, kicking drills and other kick boxing style drills. We take this class serious but wow, this class is fun.

Suspension xTraining
Saturdays – 9 am (PUNCH CARD)
Come hang around with us Saturday mornings and have fun with our suspension class were we use the TRX suspension training set up to give you a total body workout. With suspension training you will use your body weight to perform the exercises and be prepared to use all those stabilizing muscles too!

Ab-Dominance
Tuesday and Thursday – 6:45 pm (PUNCH CARD)
Let’s get one thing straight, just because “Ab” is in the name does not mean we only hit the abdominal. Our goal is to hit your core and other core stabilizing muscles. We do very little cardio/aerobics in this class, that is what all of the other classes, we offer, are for. If you would like to increase your performance in balance, strengthen your back and reduce your chances of back injury and of course have a great looking mid-section, come join us Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45pm

YOGA
Sunday – 4pm (Eight Week YOGA Membership Required)
Our Yoga classes are offered weekly and will have you relaxed and energized. Our Yoga instructor Jan will have you in Yoga shape in no time. Please contact us when you are ready to sign up for our Yoga classes. Spaces limited so act fast.
