Currently we are offering MMAC in Petitcodiac Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 8 PM to 10 PM. This is a group environment and space is limited. The first hour is fighting drills. What is MMA Conditioning?
MMA = Mixed Martial Arts
Conditioning = Exercise training for a specific style of sport or body type
Who is this for?
If you compete in any kind of fighting sport such as MMA, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Jujitsu, Boxing or whatever style you train in, this is for you.

What is involved?
If you are MMA competitor we would have to target your weak points and strengthen them. Just punching and kicking is not going to improve punching, kicking, rolling and all other movements required of you as a fighter. Training like a bodybuilder is not going to help you much either unless you are looking to put on some weight.
Yes, there will be weight lifting involved but probably not the weight lifting you are used to. Sure, there COULD be punching and kicking drills but not always necessary.
Let’s say you have a weak fighting stance for your style of martial arts. We are not going to get you to do tons of squats and deadlifts. We are going to find out what the reason for this weak stance and correct it. From there we make it stronger. A lot stronger. That is only one example. Maybe you need to be stronger or quicker on your back.
