In Person Meal Plans

The Process

During your initial consultation you will fill out a very detailed questionnaire, perform a small fitness test, weigh in and get measured. This will take approximately 45 minutes. By the end of your meeting, we will have collected enough information to create a very effective 7 day meal plan which you will receive within the next 48 hours, along with some crucial nutrition and fitness reports. All meetings will be in a semi-private atmosphere. We only allow between 1 and 6 people in the meetings. Measurements can be performed in private behind closed doors.

If you have signed up for the 8 week or 12 week programs, we will follow up with you every two weeks for the duration of the program. Once again, these are semi-private follow ups. During each follow up we will make adjustments to your meal plan, answer any questions you may have, perform a small fitness test, weigh in and measure you. The follow ups will take no longer than 20 minutes. The follow ups are performed in order to keep track of your progress. We will supply necessary reports to keep you motivated and on track! Accountability is key!!

You do not have to perform the fitness tests but we highly recommend the tests. The tests will take a total of 3 to 5 minutes to complete. Quick, simple but effective.

Unlimited Boot Camp Classes

For those who signed up for the 8 Week Fat Flush Program or 12 Week Fat Buster Program, you will have access to our kick butt fitness Boot Camp classes. You will have total access to these classes that will help you shed fat and unwanted inches.

PDF Downloadable Workouts

For those who do not have time for the fitness Boot Camp classes, you may opt in for the PDF Downloadable workouts. We will supply you with either 8 weeks or 12 weeks of easy to follow workouts you can do from home. We understand that some may have a hard time making it to our classes. With these workout plans, time is never a factor because you can workout when you want to workout.

Fitness Tracking

We want you to track all your workouts. Keeping track of things can guide you in the right direction. If you do not track your progress, how will you know if you are getting better? We will give you all the instructions you will need to keep track of your progress. Hint: Notepad and pencil!
