Yes, we will be mixing in a little cardio to really get your heart pumping. As we mentioned before, you will have access to our fitness Boot Camp classes so that you may increase speed, agility, quickness, power, endurance, and of course fat loss.

Ok, you must be wondering how much these Kettlebell Fat Buster Workouts is gonna cost ya, right? Well, we’ve scratched our heads and of course other body parts, trying to figure out a price that will be affordable to all. You know what? We figured one out.

The KB Workout

If you have not yet, come try our fitness Boot Camp classes which run for “Only” 30 to 40 minutes. Once you have completed the class you will likely be just fine with “Only” 30 minutes. Within the first 5 minutes you will be wishing class was only 10 or 20 minutes long. Then again, it is all up to you how hard you want class to be!

We will teach you many different exercises with the use of a kettlebell and other pieces of equipment. You will learn exercises you have never seen before. You will discover muscles you did not know you had.

We meant to say BAD A$$ exercises and workouts! With our cool interval music and creative and crazy workouts, how could you not love our fitness Boot Camp classes? Did we tell you? We think the Serious Trainer fitness Boot Camp instructor is crazy!

Our KB workouts are held just before our fitness Boot Camp classes. This means that, for the brave, you could complete a Kettlebell workout followed by one or two fitness Boot Camp classes. This would give you a whopping 60 to 90 minute workout leaving you, possibly, crawling to the door.
