How do I get started with the Serious Trainer Boot Camp?
Getting signed up for the fitness Boot Camp is easy. You can simply send us an email and let us know you are coming or just drop by. It is always a good idea to let us know in advance in case class is full! Upon arrival you are required to sign a few forms before you can attend class.

WHAT MAKES THE SERIOUS TRAINER BOOT CAMP SO DIFFERENT
Many people ask us when our next Boot Camp starts. Sure, it sounds like our Boot Camp classes go on for a certain length of time, but, we have no start or end date (only for special events). We are here to stay unlike some other Boot Camps. What is the sense of a 4 week or 8 week Boot Camp? Not much. It might be fine for teaching people what they need to know but we do more than just that.

If we set up a Boot Camp which lasted for 12 weeks, for the summer, and then stopped, what do you think most people are going to do? Probably what they use to do, which made them into the shape they did not want to be in.

If we did that to you, it would not be what Serious Trainer is all about. We are in the business of helping shape people into healthy and fit people. To do this it is not an over night job. How long did it take you to get into the shape you did not want to be in? Probably a few years, right? If you try to lose all that weight in a very short time you will be looking at very short term results.

You will learn exercises you may never have seen before, you will laugh, you will have fun, sometimes it will be torture :) , you will sweat, and you will meet lots of new people.

If you are looking for a quick fix, sure we can be that, but, if you are looking for long term results, Serious Trainer fitness Boot Camp is the answer. If you are looking for something completed different and challenging, Serious Trainer fitness Boot Camp will dish it out.

Q and A

How do I sign up?
You should send us an email to see if there are spots available. Once that is confirmed all you need to do is show up and we will take care of things right on the spot.

What if I am out of shape?
We work as a team and nobody is left behind. All exercises will have an optional exercise or one will be customized for you. We offer beginner classes and regular classes.

What is the difference between regular class and beginner class?
We do not have a beginner class. Our classes are designed for beginner to advanced fitness enthusiasts. You work at your own pace with the guidance of your Boot Camp Instructor.

What is involved?
You basically get a full body workout. From time to time we will do a mini test to check your progress. You have the option to have your weight tracked, measurements taken, and your fat% measured.

There will be a variety of different exercises which will target different parts of the body. There will be…

  • Push-ups
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Calisthenics
  • Core training
  • Plyometrics (my favorite)
  • Speed and Agility drills
  • Banana Rolls
  • Ab workouts and much more!

Can I come if the class has already started?
You can join at any time. You should have no troubles fitting right in. The group is friendly and supportive and won’t have any troubles giving you a few pointers.

What do I need to bring?
A towel to lie on if you like, water bottle, running shoes(cross trainers), and a sense of adventure.

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you’ll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind.

Who can come to this class?
Anyone at almost any fitness level can come. If you are under the age of 18 years, you need your guardian’s signature. Give it a try! If you have any concerns please contact us.
