Ab-Dominance

Ab-Dominance is a 30 minute workout concentrating on the core and abdominal  muscles.

When you combine the Ab-Dominance workout with all the other Serious Trainer workout classes, especially Suspension xTraining, you will certainly get a well rounded workout program. Did we say rounded? We should have said flattened!

Suspension xTraining (TRX)

Fitness Mechanix AdDominance plus Suspension xTrainingWe use various exercise equipment to target the core muscles including the TRX suspension training gear. In a sense, this class is a Suspension xTraining class. The only difference is that in this class we do not concentrate on the upper or lower body so much as the core and abdominal area. If you love suspension training, you will love this class too!

What About Six Pack Abs?

Sure we could say this is all about six pack abs, it could be, but it is not. Sure, everyone seems to want six pack abs, and that is ok, but we want everyone to have a sturdy mid-section. With a sturdy mid-section you will have less back pain, a stronger core and  more overall strength in other areas of the body, and of course nicer abs.

This is not just another cardio or aerobics class. Sure the heart rate may go up but the exercises performed in this class will be designed to target mainly the core muscles. You will burn some calories but that is not our main objective. Our main objective is to hit the mid-section like there is no tomorrow. One more thing, this class is not all about how many crunches you can do either!

Really Want Six Pack Abs?

The idea of you getting those six pack abs, you so much desire, is very possible.  If you think you are going to get six pack abs by simply going to the Ab-Dominance classes, you are wrong. You will need to follow a well balanced meal plan and participate in some cardio/aerobics workouts. Simply doing a few crunches is not going to cut it.
