@wildnites558 YOu can’t eat too many eggs, though. If u want to be eating egg all the time, u need to have a generally clean diet otherwise eggs can add to ur problems. And I used to eat egg all the time and it gets OLD. U need variety. there’s nothing wrong with eating a ‘new age hippie’ breakfast to shake things up. And granola is NOT the healthiest thing. He’s using seeds which is MUCh better.

Looks mostly like a new-age hippie breakfast. Only thing missing is the granola. You can get plenty of nutrients from a simple scrambled egg and spinach breakfast (oops, sorry I forgot, eggs come from an animal. Eating eggs is like kidnapping and murder, right?) What he made was basically a healthy snack — not a meal. I’ve been eating nuts all my life and I never heard of soaking almonds over night to release the toxins into the water, what’s that all about?
