Quick 20 Minute Workout With A Burn!
Just two days ago I cranked up the stereo and stuck in some of my Interval Training Music and did a quick workout. I was actually filming this workout for one of my membership areas but decided to scrap the video!
Anyhow, back to the workout. It was a very basic workout which included five exercises. Squats, Pushups, Jog/Bicep Curl, V-Twists and of course the all intense Squat Thrusts. The idea is to do each exercise in the order they appear for 30 seconds and then rest 30 seconds before performing the next exercise. The average Interval Music Track is 20 minutes long.
Well let me tell you, I am still sore today. I sure felt my legs when I was cleaning up some snow on the roof. I was wishing I did not do that 20 minute workout.
Just because you do not have a gym membership or two hours to workout, does not mean you cannot workout. All it takes is 20-45 minutes and you could have a kick ass workout from home.
