So many people complain about the way they look, the way they feel, how tired they are, how weak they are and on and on! It is great that you are aware of these things and want to change em. The problem is, many people complain only, and that is about it.
Hey, you are not the only one that does this. I do it to sometimes. Although I complain about things I do try and fix them. Sometimes it is taken care of right away. Other times it takes me months or years. The thing is, you gotta at least try and do something about it!
Ok, you might have a weight problem or some other problem. Let’s say your problem is dropping a few pounds and inches. You know what you have to do, right? What are you gonna do about it, complain some more? Of course not. If you want to drop weight or fat or inches you gotta do something.
Small Steps for Great Results!
Step one: If it is not good for you, do not stick it in your mouth. You probably would not eat glass or drink gasoline. Gee wizz you might die if you did that! I could say the same thing about greasy burgers eaten everyday and all those candy bars. Death may not be immediate but if that spare tire keeps growing death will not be far away.
Step two: Get off your butt and get moving. You must of heard the saying, “If you don’t use it you will lose it”? Well, this is true. If you do not exercise you will have muscle loss and bone loss. Talk about losing it. Plus, I would sure lose it if I did not exercise. I would go nuts. Exercise can release stress along with shedding fat and making you look and feel great.
Step three: Do not ever, ever, ever give up. Some people watch some of those knock out fights and thinks the guy that got knocked out is a loser. Guess what, that guy is a winner because you faced his fear and entered that ring. He would do it again and again. Never give up. A war is not won over night!
