I’ve heard you got crabs!
Ok, get your mind out of the gutter will ya
. I know it does not sound all that nice but most of us do have crabs in our life.
If a fisherman would take one crab and put it in a bucket all by itself it will surely escape. If a fisherman had a bucket full of crabs, none of em will escape, even with the lid off. See, as one crab reaches for the top the other crabs will pull that crab right back into the bucket.
IF I CAN’T HAVE IT, NEITHER CAN YOU!
Do you have a crab in your life? If you do, grow some big claws and back that crab up.
I’ve seen people lose some healthy weight and committed to exercise and healthy eating. Guess what happens? This very person will hear comments like, “You lost so much weight you look sick” or “You are exercising way to much”. These comments usually come from close friends and family.
Then there are those people who decide they are going to give exercise and healthy eating a try, once again. Many people try and fail until they find something that works. Then the crabs that are in this persons life will say things like, “Why bother, it didn’t do you any good last time” or “You gave up in no time the last time you tried this”. Once again, these are people who are friends and family and yes, they are crabs.
Grow some huge claws and do not let these crabs drag you down. Beleive in yourself and give it all you got. Find someone that will motivate you and stay away from the crabs when needed.
