most important thing to remember is simply follow the food pyramid, junk food its all in moderation, and most important is to exercise. a simple 40 minute walk a day and a healthy change will help you lose that fat. you have to burn more calories than what you put into your body to lose fat. you don’t have to bust yourself. 20 minute walk in the morning, 20 minute walk in the evening 6 days a week

@hotdrumchick Well, if anyone is trying to eat in moderation then two cookies is the way to go. Better than the whole pack which one gain 50 pounds a more through out the year.
@Jacobrester strawberries and blueberries are mine. i havent gained any fat this whole time being preggo bc i snack on them instead of cookies. just about everything she said in this video made me feel icky. even my unborn kid would hate the things she mentioned
i hate eating granola bars. they are soooooooooo dry. i rather bake pumpkin/ banana bread and creamed corn corn bread. store bought cookies are so….hard
FUCK EAT FRUIT. those are yummy treats and snacks! i say eww to everything she said, except for the yogurt. and instead of having just yogurt add some fruit and granola on top! and VALLA!

very good advise-advise to keep people sad and fat for continuing at infinite the healthy diet bull that allows them to eat junk which they try to avoid in the first place. ha ha thanks for the great advise.
