Eating well is hard to do in this day an age. Trying to get your veggies is a hard thing for me to accomplish. This is why this year I am going to plant a small garden and fill it with the veggies I love.
If you have a green thumb at all I do suggest you do the same. It makes a great hobby and great as a family activity.
If you are starting out for the first time it is probably a good idea to get yourself a gardening book!
