You don’t like processed foods cause their unhealthy? Hahahaa Oh please….     I’m absolutely appalled by some of the ignorant comments about this video. I cannot believe how nutters some of you sound. I would never push my beliefs or way of living on anyone else. Any breakfast is better than no breakfast and these are certainly healthier choices than the bag of chips and a soda I see people grab at the gas station on their way to work/school. The best b-fast advice I ever heard is to not limit your choices to only foods considered b-fast foods. I make mini pizzas=)

    WOW thats really bloody ingenious.
    And that chick either is virtually brain dead and she believes she is actually giving good advice on “healthy breakfast” or she’s no good at her job so she goes online and posts a video with her telling other people the biggest secrets of the knows universe that even a 10 year old knows.

    I make egg muffins on the Sunday that I can eat throughout the week. I mix eggs, cooked spinach, and lean ham (chopped small) in a bowl…..then i pour the mixture into a muffin pan (spray with Pam) and bake in the oven. You can use just egg whites if you want and even add low fat cheese. You just pop them in the microwave for 45 seconds and they are good to go.

    Try an english muffin toasted with some colbyjack cheese. Very delicous! I wake up around 5:00 am and eat breakfast around 6:00 am because I always end up running late, I have to go get the newspaper and put it inside the house and be at the bus stop by 6:15 am. PS- I am wolfman8448′s little sister, I would have logged on to my account but he wouldn’t let me get on. Thank you :)

    I try to eat in the mornings homemade poritsch, or an egg on a wholegrain bread, it gives me energy for school and I will not be hungry until lunch. :)

    @dayati Can you scientifically explain why that specific cheese they used is bad for you?

    As registered dietitians I’m betting that they can explain why it’s good for you.

    Besides, even if it isn’t, ANYTHING for breakfast is MUCH better for you than nothing. You should definitely reconsider resubscribing. Sorry if I’m coming off as arrogant or mean, I havent had lunch today haha
