Commit to something that makes you feel good!
Commitment
Being committed to fitness is not easy for some. For others it comes natural. Either way, staying fit requires effort and work. Are you committed to keeping yourself healthy and fit? I know summer is here and you like to have a little fun. Sometimes that little bit of fun includes alcohol, lots of bad food and little or no physical activity! Why is it we neglect our health? What is the secret to staying committed to something that makes you feel great and healthy?
Just like eating…
We see this big dish of food. We get all excited to sit down and eat it all up. We eat it. After we are finished we feel like crap. For the next few hours we either have bad cramps, gas, feel nauseous, or have to sit on the toilet every few minutes. Why did we have to eat all that food? It did not make us feel good. It made us feel like crap.
Unlike overeating and feeling like crap…
Exercise can make you feel good. During the exercise session you may not feel great because it requires work, but, the end result…
EXERCISE makes us feel better about our selves, makes us happy, makes our bones and muscles strong, makes our heart and lungs full of life.
So why are you quitting on yourself if you are not exercising. If you are one of the few people who are committed to staying fit and exercising every day…
BE PROUD OF YOURSELF. YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW PEOPLE WHO ARE COMMITTED!
If you are not as committed as you should be, to exercise, no worries. You still can change things to the better.
I would like for you to head over to our blog and read this. Go here now. Read the comment that Suzanne has left.
“I’m one of the guilty ones, who has used heat or anything else for that matter to get out of going to a BC class. For instance, I missed 2 whole weeks, without BC. Even though I did some yard work a bit around the house, not the same, and these are the results I got from “not” exercising in 2 weeks: tired feeling, depressed, dull color in my face, not eating properly or drinking my daily consumption of water which caused heartburn, etc…. I got back on track, and even in 2 days, I notice a big difference. It’s hard to get that motivation for sure, I wish I could hear Richard’s voice every time I felt this way – now THAT would be motivation!”
Hope this email gets you motivated to get your butt in gear.
