Body Blast
If you are looking for a quick and crazy workout that will get your heart pumping and kick start your metabolism, you might want to try this!
Do the following exercise for four 30-40 second rounds. Be sure to rest 30-40 seconds between each exercise.
If you feel like you are going to vomit or are feeling dizzy, you might want to stop. Be sure to consult a doctor before doing any exercise routine unless you have been exercising for some time.
One of the favorite exercises used in the Serious Trainer fitness boot camp classes.
SQUAT THRUST
Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Bend your knees and touch the floor. Kick your feet back behind you. You should now be in the position of a push up. Now drive your knees back up to your chest and drive your feet into the ground and jump for the sky. When you land bend the knees immediately and repeat the movements until you have reached your time.
