@hipretty “high maintenance” has gotten to be such a nasty putdown…at one time men were proud to take good care of their women…and ladies were allowed to BE women, in all their Chanel lipstick/Dior dress kind of way….I think some ppls way of thinking neglecting self nurture and personal style is a virtuous “low maintenance” look is seriously sad….

@sherribailey75 I think she proved you don’t have to have granite countertops, a Viking stove or a Sub-Zero refrigerator to eat healthy and well. Many more people have a kitchen like this than the glamour kitchens you see on tv.
@BunnyJLove This was her old apartment before her career really started to take off. She lived in an expensive part of town, and you don’t get much for the money there. Her new kitchen is much nicer and you can see it in Bethenny Ever After on Bravo.
That couldn’t be her kitchen though if this is a housewife on TV….aren’t they all well off? Also, I think this lady is too thin. Sorry, but I do.
People with all those stupid negative remarks are jeoulous, shallow and ignorant, Bethanny is an awsome girl, I really like her attitude and everything she does. I don’t know why when people see other person doing well decide to make negative comments about them, specially when you don’t know the person at all. To me is just simply jeolousy.
NATURAL FAT is NOT unhealthy….raw EV coconut oil, EV olive oil, butter, egg yolks, all have many essential compounds your body needs, especially cholesterol and saturated fats. Just look at Bethenny she looks like a corpse. Who the hell wants to look like a skeleton! I eat more NATURAL FATS now than I ever did when I ate all the so called healthy processed fats I did when I was very overweight. I’m at 105 and I eat LOTS of natural fats and proteins, and I don’t look like skeletore.
I love her ideas!!! I have constantly struggled with my weight and am using her tips and recips to try and LOSE 60 LBS!! I can realte to some of the issues with her parents, she inspires me to work hard and trust in the one you LOVE!!!

I find the hardest thing for me when dieting is getting enough nutrition. Smaller portions work, but I’m left hungry and less food= less nutrition. I use nutritional supplements now and eat healthy, full meals.I got started at ryansnutrition com and have my appetite under control.
