A Not So New Weight Loss Discovery

Not to long ago, there has been a new discovery made. This all new discovery will help millions drop weight and keep it off. We are so lucky we figured this out or else we would never know how to drop the weight.

So many people eat just because they want to eat. Some eat fast food every day. Others, I am not to sure what they are eating!

The discovery I am talking about is not so new but people act as if it is. They are so amazed when they drop a few pounds by simply CHANGING THE WAY THEY EAT! Eating healthy is key to any weight loss plan. Combine healthy eating with and great exercise regimen and you cannot go wrong.

Everyone seems to think that exercise is for weight loss alone. Myself, I do not exercise to lose weight. I exercise because it makes me feel good. I feel energized, I can breath much better, my muscles are strong and muscle looks good.

The reason I am not overweight is not only because I exercise but mainly because I do not eat everything and anything in site. I do not eat out and ten different restaurants each week. I do not go to the local fast food joint each and every day. I will admit, I do eat crap from time to time but I will remember that I ate it and make sure I do not have it again to soon!

Here are your options if you want to shed a few pounds for that summer weather…

  • Eat your veggies and fruits.
  • Avoid canned food and food from boxes.
  • Be sure to get protein in your diet.
  • Stay away from high fat foods as they have twice the calories and of course lots of bad cholesterol
  • Fast food restaurants are a no no (If you must, cut it back to once or twice a week. Anytime you eat at a fast food restaurant your punishment is 5 minutes of Squat Thrusts!!).
  • Get lots of exercise. You will feel great and it will boost your confidence.
  • Eat smaller meals and more often, 4-6 times a day.
  • Get your sleep. Without your sleep you will not have the energy you need.
  • Drink water. Oh yeah, drink some more water!!

Those are just a few things you can do. If you do follow this advice you will drop weight. There is no doubt in my mind, YOU CAN DO IT!
